Suzette Bouzane Meadows
Suzette has been in the Unified Communications industry for over 30 years in various leadership roles. For seven years she was the Director of a contact centre technology business that serviced many of the UK’s best-known brands. Prior to that, she had global responsibility for product management for a leading contact centre software vendor. Most recently, Suzette has been leveraging her experience to help organisations tackle their customer service and communication challenges. She has performed business consulting for the Cabinet Office, Ministry of Justice, HMRC, BUPA and others. In 2016, Suzette was awarded “Director of the Year” by CCA Global (Contact Centre Association.)
