Culture and Change
Once we have gained an understanding of the organisation’s strategy and goals and documented performed our operational analysis, we will playback what we have learned to both Operational and Strategic stakeholders.
This will be undertaken in workshops, with the aim of agreeing on the changes that would be of most benefit and to identify and discuss the barriers to change. This can can include technological changes, as well people and processes.
This is also an opportunity to identify practical considerations, should there be a need to implement a new technological solution, or a change to an existing solution.
This provides a barometer as to how receptive the organisation is to change and the best way to mitigate concerns. Sometimes ‘champions’ emerge from this process, especially if early visibility is given regarding new ways of working or new technologies.
Outputs:
Identification of recommended changes
Benefits of those changes
Barriers to change and risk mitigation
Practical considerations for rollout
