39% of survey respondents state that they already have been able to replicate internal IT standards and procedures in their remote working contact centre environment.
However, 50% of the businesses surveyed believe to some extent that being able to do this would encourage them to develop their use of remote working further.
As this model of contact centre work is very unlikely to go away, this is clearly something that needs to be addressed for these businesses.
